To support our small team, we’re looking for a super organised Operations Specialist to provide for smooth running of our day-to-day management and to assist the team with Due Diligence research on investment opportunities.
You will:
Provide research assistance to the Investment Team during Due Diligence as required
Support the reporting process for Limited Partners and Nominees for Shareholders and Investor Reporting
Assist with implementing policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting, banking and expense claims
Assist with AML, Company Office annual returns and any other compliance matters
Provide marketing and event management assistance to the team

You are fascinated by deep tech, have a Master Degree in deep tech/science and believe that’s our future
You are super detailed, organised and have experience managing budgets
You communicate well both in person and in writing
You have excellent analytical and research skills
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
Based in Auckland, this is a 10 hr/week part-time role and will initially be a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
This role is based in Takapuna, Auckland.
The role is open to NZ Citizens and residents.
